Philosophy for Fees
The fees are flexible and include travel expenses, materials and an honorarium for Jim's services. We also realize that some churches, organizations and individuals sometimes find themselves in difficult circumstances. Please contact us anyway. We want to help.

Coaching/Mediation Fees
Fees for consulting and mediation include travel expenses and materials. Fees for coaching include copies of the Thomas/Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, interpreting the instrument, and a final report of the results of the test. Coaching fees are based on $50.00 per hour for work rendered.

Mediation fees include travel expenses to and from the site of mediation. Mediation fees are based on $50.00 per hour for work rendered.

Speaking/Workshop Fees
Conflict Resources International offers a series of topics related to conflict and conflict resolution. Speaking fees for Jim's services are flexible and include travel expenses and an honorarium. If the speaking event requires air transportation, the cost of the ticket must be received by the office at least thirty days in advance. The normal fee for single speaking events usually falls within the range of $200.00 per event. The honorarium would be more flexible should the speaking event require multiple presentations.

Jim also presents a number of workshops. These workshops can be presented in either a half-day or a full-day format. The cost per person for a half-day workshop is $30.00 per person, and $50.00 per person for a full-day workshop. The fees for either a half-day or full-day seminar include a manual for each person, lunch and or refreshments during breaks, and other expenses needed to conduct the workshop.
